SYNOPSIS

Introducing 2 new ingredients!

Breakfast:  Persimmons are a favorite fruit but hard to find if not winter.  You can substitute any fruit but persimmons are preferred.  Persimmon/Pear warm or cold Smoothie Bloom.

Lunch:  Greens salad with Sesame Dressing based on a Dr. Fuhrman recipe.

Dinner:  Millet is a great grain to eat instead of usual grains.  Dinner and dressing recipes available in cheatsheets.
