I’m enjoying salt-free seasonings and Mrs. Dash in particular. What kind of mustard do you use? I see Trader Joe’s has salt in it. Do coconut aminos have less salt than soy sauce? Most condiments have a very high salt content unless they are specifically low or no sodium. Coconut aminos does have less than soy sauce, but still a lot depending on how much you use.
