When I first read the book Eat to Live by Dr. Joel Fuhrman, it changed my life. Immediately.
The book explains how superior nutrition reacts in the body to create a healthy pattern of healing and disease prevention.
After reading the book, I began the program for myself when a friend who’d introduced me to the book prepared some of the recipes for me. I was immediately hooked. Weight loss had always been a challenge for me, but I jumped in and (EASILY) lost 22 pounds in 6 weeks…and knew I was on to something.
Best part is — THE RECIPES TASTED GREAT. (Chocolate smoothie, anyone?)
After having yo-yo dieted for my entire life, the way I felt was enough to convince me that I was now able to make permanent lifestyle changes — I felt that good!
And in response professionally, I revamped my entire approach to my website. Now the focus of my entire life is to help others find the same satisfaction that I have with the superior nutrition message found in this book.
Get this book and read it immediately. The concepts in it are life-changing, I promise you.
I can’t explain what the difference is though from changing to the Nutritarian [Eat to Live Diet Lifestyle] – it’s a night and day difference. No longer tired, bloated or hungry. It truly is incredible. It’s like Fuhrman has pointed to a way of eating that I knew all along to be the ‘correct’ way, but I needed someone to point that out to me! –Itwaz Itis, an incredible YouTube subscriber of mine
A comment from a fellow Facebook fan of the Eat to Live lifestyle:
I had a doc appointment this morning and I want to share some good news! I’ve been on blood pressure meds and another med to slow my heartbeat because I was having palpitations. When I went today, he said my blood pressure is actually getting a little too low (for awhile I was on the verge of a stroke, it was that high!), and he’s lowering my dosage. He also had to do an EKG (I’m having minor surgery next month) and that came out perfect! Hooray! This way of eating is the best thing that could’ve ever happened to me. I’m so glad I stumbled upon this plan! It’s so worth the initial hard 6 weeks!! ????

20 lbs down! Tomorrow will be 9 weeks since I started ETL. I’m getting there, slowly but surely. I feel great! ?
