I had a doc appointment this morning and I want to share some good news! I’ve been on blood pressure meds and another med to slow my heartbeat because I was having palpitations. When I went today, he said my blood pressure is actually getting a little too low (for awhile I was on the verge of a stroke, it was that high!), and he’s lowering my dosage. He also had to do an EKG (I’m having minor surgery next month) and that came out perfect! Hooray! This way of eating is the best thing that could’ve ever happened to me.
