    Loved this challenge as well as the encouraging team! The recipes were all soooo delicious and will be using them over and over. The challenge was so easy to follow with all the guess work eliminated. Will do more challenges in the future. Many thanks to Cheri and her team. Also lost 4 lbs. and inches. Thanks for everything!     The challenge was one of the best things I did for my mental, spiritual and physical health. I love Cheri’s challenges. This was my third time and each time the food is amazing. It’s structured for busy people to prep the food and have it on hand so all the guess work around “what should I eat” is eliminated. I took some of the recipes to parties and everyone who isn’t plant based loved them. Once your pantry is stocked with the staples, it gets easier and easier. I feel so great eating this way. I have more energy, a better attitude about everything and I sleep better and I feel like exercising more. For me, it’s an act of self love to feed your body with high nutrition. Our best insurance plan for good health is building super immunity. I’m looking forward to continuing this eating plan.

    Really easy to follow during this season. I appreciated the grocery lists and menus. I did lose 10 pounds over the course of 30 days as I took the 9 day challenge to start. However, the cost of doing this where I live during the winter would make it unaffordable and in some cases the greens would not be available.

    Just do it! I just completed the 21 day challenge and couldn’t be more pleased. The recipes and the support take all the guesswork out of it. You just do what they tell you to for 21 days. I lost 12 pounds. More importantly, this provide the opportunity for me to set new goals and pursue my health as a Nutritarian! Be sure to take advantage of the Facebook group, where you can share your experiences and questions with both the watering mouth team and with other challenge participants. It’s all so worth it!
