    I had no idea what to expect, not having done anything like this before. But it was so worth it. I lost 6.2 lbs but I gained so much more in knowledge and confidence to continue on well past the challenge. I received a lot of material to pre-read, which I appreciated, and the online support from both Cheri and Nancy, as well as the “high fives” from other participants, was what really kept me going. What a positive Facebook group!! I am definitely going to do another challenge in the future and cannot say more about it all. It definitely did not disappoint!

    21 day challenge, was amazing! The food was delicious easy to prepare and with menu, shopping list, clear cut directions for prepping meals you can’t fail. I lost 7 #, but better yet my BP has been Perfect! I no longer crave sweets and am not ever starving! I sleep soundly now and no longer need a bedtime snack! Thank you Cheri and team for your support throughout these 3 weeks. I feel prepared and equipped to continue this weigh loss journey.
