Ohhh I just love when breakfast is this pretty! :D This is my Overnight Steelcut Oatmeal topped with chia seeds, goji berries, pecans and cara cara oranges! :P

YES you can make overnight steelcut oats! Just put some steel cut oats (raw) into a container, cover double with non-dairy milk and let soak overnight! Prepared like this, they have a super chewy texture that I just adore. If you’re not super keen, you can just add in a little bit to regular rolled overnight oats. ************************************
Rolled oats are GREAT, but steel-cut is even better because they are even less processed than rolled! That being said, I eat a lot of both. :D
