Thanks for another amazing video Cheri! Robin Farrell on 04/01/2019 at 4:40 pm The title of that book is me exactly! And just about says it all. I’m 300lbs and suffering from obesity, asthma and osteoarthritis. My body is literally starving from all the years of CRAP I’ve given it. I love the Eat to Live plan and everything Dr Furhman says is what I believe. Would love to have this book as a little extra motivation to keep going to my best weight and health. Muriel on 04/01/2019 at 4:51 pm I just loved the whole interview and learned so much from each of you. Thank you. cheri on 04/01/2019 at 4:53 pm I’m so glad Muriel! cheri on 04/01/2019 at 4:54 pm Thank you Robin! We’re here for you. Good luck! cheri on 04/01/2019 at 4:54 pm You’re so welcome! :D cheri on 04/01/2019 at 4:54 pm You’re welcome Gerald lollyletsgo on 04/01/2019 at 4:57 pm her beginning is VERY similar to mine – with my mom weighing me and treating me as a “project” =\ hopefully I can have her happy, healthy now! Lori on 04/01/2019 at 5:01 pm I am “hungry” for nutritional information. I am still in that “flirting” with my commitment, unfortunately. Reading and listening to the info you provide is truly encouraging me in ways that you (probably really can) can imagine. Emily was lovely and I appreciate that she was so open with things that could were not easy for her, I’m sure. Yet, pushes me (especially with a teen son) to strive, not just for me, but for my family!! Thank you for this. Carol Murdock on 04/01/2019 at 5:06 pm I would love to have this book to help with my addiction to chocolate. Dee Dee Harders on 04/01/2019 at 5:09 pm This is awesome! Maybe this will help people understand. Leigh on 04/01/2019 at 5:13 pm This is an exciting giveaway! I think so many of us suffer from this. Tammy-Beth M on 04/01/2019 at 5:17 pm I would love to read it and spread the information or share the book! katiewagner1411 on 04/01/2019 at 5:19 pm Emily is from my hometown, but I just found out about her and her book last month. I have been counting down the days to her book release and signing! Lori on 04/01/2019 at 5:19 pm I am SO “hungry” for healthy eating knowledge, listening to, watching, reading, and it is what is keeping me focused. WOW! That was so great to listen to Emily and you. And having a 17 year old son, my heart went out to her story of her son! It is making me “crave” to help my family more, and I cannot do that whole-hearted when I’m not there myself. Thank you so much for sharing Cheri! …sorry for all the puns, but they were true! JoAnn Berenbach on 04/01/2019 at 5:45 pm The premise is interesting. And as a Health care professional I like to gather as much information and resources as I can. Nancy on 04/01/2019 at 6:08 pm Excellent talk. I enjoyed listening about her journey and how it was not always 100% perfect. Grace on 04/01/2019 at 6:28 pm I’d love to win her book because she’s an inspiration. Plus she’s an Indiana Girl like me. I’m stuck in Wyoming for the time being but I hope to meet her one day if we move back. Jean Field on 04/01/2019 at 6:31 pm Because I am obese myself and am always looking for more info on how not to be. Katie Giffen on 04/01/2019 at 6:31 pm I’m particularly interested in reading how growing up with a Mom with a food addiction affected her daughter. I think at the end of your video, Emily mentioned something about how her daughter included a piece in this book. I always think I’m the only one that my food addiction is bothering of affecting. Part of me changing is looking at the bigger picture: how food addiction will affect my health in the long run, as well as my family, my career, my prosperity… I’m looking forward especially to reading how someone who was going through so much at the time managed to stay on the plan. Life stresses are always an excuse for me, and I’m sick of it. Phelesia Foster on 04/01/2019 at 6:35 pm I was magnetically drawn to the title of this book. I also enjoyed the interview. Growing up in the Mississippi Delta, I have struggled with food for a long time. My choices are healthier now but I am trying to refine my healthy lifestyle even more. Not to mention, I am the go to person for health questions among my friends and family. I would love to win a copy of this book. Annie on 04/01/2019 at 6:55 pm I just found Cheri & her Watering Mouth site–and just heard about Emily Boller & her new book –so I am a Nutritarian newbie (for the last month). But, I LOVE Cheri’s approach, her common-sense wisdom on how to beat food addiction is so apparent. Cheri’s interview with Emily is wonderful–a few of the most helpful tips are when they explained the “Moderation Myth” and also how to live successfully with a spouse/family members who are not following the Nutritarian lifestyle. I can relate to Cheri & Emily like we are all friends. I look forward to learning more from each of them. I’m excited to be in the drawing and I know whoever wins will be blessed with hope! Annie on 04/01/2019 at 7:08 pm . . . and Emily’s loss of her young adult son is heart-breaking and terribly sad. I can’t imagine the stress & pain she must have suffered, yet, she also shares how Discipline gave her Freedom, even during one of the hardest, saddest times in her life. I am going to have to re-watch as there is so much wisdom in this interview. thank-you Cheri & Emily for sharing your wisdom with us. Saundra Stone on 04/01/2019 at 7:30 pm What a great interview, Cheri. Thanks. farahguetter on 04/01/2019 at 7:36 pm I am just starting into the nutritarian lifestyle and would love to read more about it! itsgailmail on 04/01/2019 at 7:52 pm I need to continually educate myself as a nutritarian and learn how to just keep going through the tough times. nancy rawitz on 04/01/2019 at 7:55 pm The mood part…the ETL plan makes one just HAPPY…I wake up happy, each and every day…(sometimes tired…but always happy). I love that. I want that for the rest of my life. Even when things are not going so great, it is so much easier to cope when my body is fueled properly and I am ready to take on whatever is thrown my way. Waking up happy. That is the #1 reason for me to NEVER EVER GO BACK! Sue Ann King on 04/01/2019 at 7:57 pm Loved this interview. Gives me hope that I will get to where these ladies are. I am struggling with the Nutritarian diet. I want so badly to do the best for my body, mind and spirit. Becca on 04/01/2019 at 9:11 pm I have been trying to go Nutritarian from a raw food, vegan diet of 3 years. It’s been difficult to add the cooked foods and to eat all of the food groups (GBOMBS) we’re supposed to eat from every day. I do well to hit 3 or 4 per day. Thank you for your openness and all the great videos, Cheri! Anita on 04/01/2019 at 9:38 pm I want to learn. It’s an ongoing process. Amy Dogadko on 04/01/2019 at 9:52 pm Great interview. Interesting story. I would love to read the book :) Megan on 04/01/2019 at 9:57 pm I took the susceptibility quiz from Dr Suasan Peirce Thompson, too, and scored way high. I’ve been struggling lately and this conversation was so inspiring. Thank you. Carol on 04/01/2019 at 9:57 pm Great interview Crystal on 04/01/2019 at 9:58 pm Looking forward to reading Emily’s book…I was introduced to her during a Facebook summit and can’t wait to hear more of her story! Kristi Donelan on 04/01/2019 at 10:58 pm I’ve been a big fan of Emily’s since she wrote for Dr. Furhmans blog and I would love a copy of this book! evansuk4 on 04/01/2019 at 11:39 pm Would love to get a copy of this book because I feel she could really help me in my struggle to break free of food addiction and learn to love life. She is such a joyful soul! Amy Maxfield on 04/01/2019 at 11:52 pm I am addicted to food in every way! I need relief. I am afraid to stop eating when I feel full. When I do stop eating I am afraid I will never be hungry again. I must play tricks and mind games with to stop eating and wait until my next meal time. Thoughts of food constantly distract me. There is probably not a time in the day without food thoughts. I am using food to fill so many needs. Food must be finally relegated to its proper place. I really am not able to do it on my own. TtB on 04/02/2019 at 1:09 am Great interview. Some many great nuggets. I loved her message of focusing on self first. I as a mom forget that. I’m looking forward to hearing her program wisdom in her book Starved To Obesity. Between your post & a couple of summits recommendations. I now have a word for my disordered eating. Thx for the free content you put out for people like me who live on such a slim budget. Jill L Symons on 04/02/2019 at 1:49 am This is exactly what I need. what a great interview and such valuable information. I would love to read her book. Donna McFarland on 04/02/2019 at 4:49 am This sounds like a GOD SEND to the many many sufferers of food addiction…I’d love to hear a sample…how do I do that please? Thank you! JoMarie on 04/02/2019 at 6:02 am What a heart wrenching story and and encouragement all in one. Lost my brother to suicide that was for similar reasons. Makes my heart break, yet I have the choice to eat other life giving foods that will nourish my body and mind! Thank you so much for this interview. Myriam Mertens on 04/02/2019 at 6:22 am I can so relate to the title… I am a huge emotional eater, been on the ETL train since January 2018, but I am still struggling. So extra insights are welcome 😁. Lisa on 04/02/2019 at 6:30 am Really great interview! I’ll be sharing this with my family. Movie night lol. Thank you Laura Setlich on 04/02/2019 at 8:13 am Wow a powerful testimony – we can all pretty much relate in some ways. Would love to read her book. Maureen Anderson on 04/02/2019 at 9:52 am I’m always looking for new ways to get healthy! Janine Waters on 04/02/2019 at 9:55 am I use the F word all the time too. We love Dr Fuhrman! Angela Inge on 04/02/2019 at 11:26 am I would love to have a copy of this book for myself for so many reasons. However, If I win this book it will be a gift for my mother who has struggled with food addiction all her life and still struggles. She is WFPB for the most part until she gives in to her addiction which is encouraged by her cousin…aka…best friend. She is currently sick and has been since February with a flair up of her COPD. I hate to see her struggle in so many ways and I think she would benefit much more than me by reading this book. Tisha on 04/02/2019 at 11:33 am Would love love this book! Thank you for this video! Gail Nestor on 04/02/2019 at 11:40 am I have been so inspired to keep going on my nutritarian journey by watching your videos! JULIA Albath on 04/02/2019 at 2:53 pm Pick me aebc1234 on 04/02/2019 at 3:12 pm I just started learning and applying the nutritarian lifestyle about 2 months ago. I am loving it and enjoying learning all I can! Thank you Cheri for all you do to get the information out there 😍 Dawn on 04/02/2019 at 7:08 pm I’m would love to read this book. Amy Princess on 04/02/2019 at 7:25 pm I am 59 years old and have struggled my entire life with addiction, all the while denying I had a problem. I always blamed it on a willpower problem and that obese women run in the family. I even named my upper arms, “Grandma Rosie’s Arms”. It was only recently that it became undeniable and I was forced to understand just how deep my addiction is. I’m crossing my fingers for this book. Thank you for the opportunity! Amy on 04/02/2019 at 8:05 pm It looks like my comment got deleted. Anyway, I am a food addict and it took me a long time to realize it. I would love to read her book. Cindy on 04/05/2019 at 2:34 pm Why would I like to win this book? I have just within the past few months come to the realization that yes, I am addicted to certain foods. And it has been a real struggle. I keep reading and watching and learning and growing, but feel I have a long way to go. Anything that will help with the journey is a blessing. Thank you for all you do and for even a chance for someone to receive a gift like this. Trust that it will go to whoever truly needs it at this point in their journey. Darla S. on 04/06/2019 at 12:18 pm I would love to win a copy of the book to continue my education and motivation towards healthier eating. Beth Price on 04/07/2019 at 10:34 am So much of what Emily said resonated with me. I have been following Dr. F for 7 years and enjoyed Emily’s blog posts on DiseaseProof in the past. Last year my 27 year old daughter almost died with complications of the flu and childbirth which led them to live with us for a year while we helped her with her 5 kids. Like Emily, I have lost my balance of Greens and Nice Cream (I’ll admit it, I had ChocoNana Nicecream with Blueberries for dinner last night). My daughter recently has been able to be independent again and I am trying to find my way back to feeling the best that I can and shed the extra 10 – 15 pounds this crisis has left me with. Debra Culver on 04/08/2019 at 12:39 am Because I love Emily Boller! Debbie on 04/08/2019 at 1:15 am Emily is my hero. I have read her story in Dr Fuhrman’s book and have always admired her.
