A quick and easy salad to throw together: I boiled some frozen broccoli and peas for 3 minutes, drained them, and rinsed them in cold water so they’d stop cooking. I put down two huge handfuls of arugula, sliced two radishes and rinsed and drained some beans from a can. ******************************
For a dressing I used avocado and lime juice, but you could use any dressing you like! ******************************
