Ingredients
  • 1 cup non-dairy unsweetened milk (I love almond)
  • 3-4 pitted dates
  • ½-1 heart of romaine
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients except the nibs to your high-speed blender and blend until the dates are completely pulverized. Top with the cacao nibs.
