- 1 cup non-dairy unsweetened milk (I love almond)
- 3-4 pitted dates
- ½-1 heart of romaine
- 1 handful spinach
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
- Add all ingredients except the nibs to your high-speed blender and blend until the dates are completely pulverized. Top with the cacao nibs.
