This flavorful hummus recipe is great as a standalone dip for veggies, as a great addition to any taco or as a dollop on top of your favorite salad.

Serves: 3 cups
Ingredients
1 small sweet onion, chopped
2 medium carrots, chopped
1 medium navel orange, peeled and quartered
1 teaspoon fresh ginger (about ¾ inch)
2 cans no- or low-sodium chickpeas, rinsed and drained
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon turmeric
½ teaspoon ground coriander
½ teaspoon ground mustard
¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
¼ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
Instructions
In a food processor, add the first 4 ingredients and pulse and process to combine. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until desired consistency.
Note: Feel free to replace the spices with your own favorite curry blend.
