Baby Guinness Shot
If the ratio isn't quite right for you, feel free to add more irish cream, or even put it over ice and drink it short, instead of as a shot. This is my favorite way because I like to sip it slowly.
Recipe type: alcohol
Serves: 1
  • 1 ounce coffee liqueur
  • ½ ounce irish creme
  1. In a shot glass, pour the coffee liqueur. Invert a spoon and place it over the opening of the shot glass. Slowly pour the irish creme over the spoon, taking care not to mix the two liquors. If you pour it slowly and carefully enough, the irish creme will float on top of the coffee liqueur, creating the look of a tiny beer.
