Some of the yummiest meals are the simplest!

You can just take a pile of a few veggies or fruits and beans and use a simple dipping sauce to have a fun meal, or just mix it all together for new interesting combos!

This is fresh raspberries, chickpeas, red cabbage starry and sautéed shiitake mushrooms, with a dipping sauce made from almond butter, balsamic vinegar and dates. I ended up just mixing it all together and having different surprising bites! :)
