SYNOPSIS

At the time of this video, we are in the height of the Coronavirus Pandemic. Strange time to be alive and we are all in this together.

If you are watching this after we are back to normal and healthy, these 4 messages can be used in anytime of struggle to reduce stress and build immunities.

  1.  Be in the now and get into nature.  Is that headline I just read real?  I don’t really know but is real is that tree, the sky, fresh air, etc.  Go outside, stay 6′ away from other people and take a deep breath of fresh air.  We’re fine right this moment.
  2. Limit your social media and news consumption.  Choose to use rational thinking and clear mindedness instead of panic.
  3. Create perspective.  Thoughts create feelings.  Change ;your thoughts to control your feelings.  Remove the drama.  The sky is not falling.
  4. Learn to manage your mind, your thoughts, your mindset. This will bring you peace and calm no matter what the struggle or situation is in your life.
