I remember a time long ago when I was a MIT (Manager in training) at Laundry’s Seafood, the kitchen manager would get the newbies to do the stuffed jalapeno poppers and the other kitchen staff would not tell them to wear gloves…talking about hands, faces, and maybe eyes burning the rest of the day! LOL
