I came across this Manatee Butter Sculpture the other day and wanted to share. It was done in Palmetto, FL for the Manatee County Fair this year by the crazy talented sculptor Jim Victor, who lives in Pennsylvania and travels the world to do food sculptures. I thought this one looked so great and difficult somehow — it seems like there must be some sort of supports in there to hold the big manatee up. How cute is this? Too bad I missed seeing this one in person. It was only a few miles from me!
