I had to make this amazingly delicious Whipped Cream because it went with my last Strawberry Soup recipe. And then I ended up using it for another recipe for Tamas (Chestnut Puree) which I will share with you soon! I have to say, this whipped cream is absolutely to die for. And even if you make it just for the sake of dipping some fruit, it would be completely worth it. You’ll never get store-bought whipped cream again!
Whipped Cream Recipe

1 c heavy whipping cream
3 T confectioners’ (powdered) sugar
1/2 t vanilla extract
- Chill a small mixing bowl and hand-mixer beaters in the freezer while preparing other ingredients (at least 5 minutes).
- Beat cream until it begins to thicken (approx. 5 minutes).
- Add confectioners’ sugar and vanilla and continue beating until soft peaks form. Store in the refrigerator.
