A simple breakfast bowl; I got the recipe from Dr. Fuhrman’s new meal plan PDF.  Very low in sugar, but feel free to add some raisins or currants if you don’t have issues with sugar! :P :P *************************
Chia seeds, almond milk and rolled oats, that were soaked together for 30 minutes (no cooking required!). Then I topped with sliced frozen (thawed) strawberries and chopped walnuts. Simple but awesome!! **********************
