Coconut Pomegranate Cherry Smoothie Recipe
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 2 medjool dates (3 deglet noor)
- 2 stalks kale, stems removed
- 2 cups frozen cherries
- 1 frozen ripe banana
- water if necessary for consistency
- Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender such as a Vitamix and blend until the dates and kale are completely pulverized.
- Add toppings desired such as flake coconut, pomegranate arils or cacao nibs.
