My red cabbage and red onion saute (I just sautéed it in a pan with a couple tablespoons of water), some chickpeas and a few sesame seeds.

Did you know that sesame seeds are a super high calcium food? So therefore tahini (ground sesame seed paste) is a great choice as well. You could eat this little snack just how it is, or drizzle some balsamic vinegar or even a tiny bit of Bragg’s. And it’ll keep you full for a long time!
